Start with the right recruitment tab
A portrait in the hero list does not mean that hero can drop from the ticket in your bag. Ordinary recruitment, seasonal recruitment and guaranteed rewards can use different pools. Read the probability panel for the exact draw you are about to make.
The timeline below covers ordinary Hero Recruitment Tickets in the reference tables. It is not a timetable for every way of obtaining a hero.
Know when the ordinary roster expands
The opening pool grows as the server progresses, then later additions depend on the season. That is why a single day number cannot explain every hero’s availability.
| Stage in the reference | New regular UR heroes | Total regular UR roster |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–27 | Ragnar | 1 |
| Days 28–60 | Charles Martel | 2 |
| Days 61–90, preseason | Joan of Arc, Hannibal Barca, Mulan, Yi Sun-sin, Alexander Nevsky | 7 |
| Day 91+ preseason, or Season 1 at server day 62+ | Sanada Yukimura, Saladin | 9 |
| Season 2 | Harald III | 10 |
| Season 3 | Attila, Cleopatra | 12 |
| Season 4 | Boudica, Edward, Frederick I | 15 |
A larger roster is not automatically better for your target
More available heroes give you more possibilities, but they do not guarantee better odds for one particular hero. Compare that hero’s listed probability now with the pool you are waiting for.
Saving tickets changes when you recruit. It does not, on its own, improve the stated chance for each ordinary draw. The guaranteed-reward rules are a separate part of the decision.
Our pre-spend checklist
- Choose one target and confirm that the active ticket can recruit it.
- Use the current in-game probabilities rather than assuming that an old screenshot still applies.
- If recruitment scores in an active event, check its tasks before spending; do not assume every event rewards the same action.
- Keep hero display dates, ticket-pool entry and season progression separate in your notes.
